The current live package is the signed pilot build. The first-run ZIP carries the install script, bundle, certificate, and dependencies together so a field tech can work from one extracted folder.

New field machine

- Extract it locally.

Install.ps1as administrator. - Sign in, verify upload/save, then run the DICOM smoke needed for the site.

Pilot / beta
Version 1.9.213.0 is the active field-test package for HFA3/DICOM validation and beta workflows.
Custom builds
Future home for framework-specific, nightly, or customer-specific packages when they need a separate lane.
What matters for deployment.
Certificate trust
If Windows shows Publisher: Unknown or 0x800B010A, run the first-run installer or deploy the linked certificate through normal device management.
Update behavior
The App Installer link tracks the current pilot package and is best once certificate trust is already established.
Release separation
This sideload channel is separate from Microsoft Store submission. Store packages should still go through Partner Center.
Past Versions
Each publish also keeps a dated copy, so a test site can stay on a known package while latest moves forward.
